Many of you have seen this bench in many different photos. Not just my photos, but other photographers as well. It's the Mayfield bench.... well now, it's Emerge Studios' bench! That's right! Mandi & I can now call it our own, and only OURS, thanks to Mr. Rick from Mayfield! We are so excited to be able to use this in our photoshoots, and we are looking forward to sprucing it up a bit here and there! Behold, the awesomeness of our new "old" bench! :D

Had such a beautiful shoot with this adorable new mommy and daddy and their sweet baby Brooklyn! I've known Misty for years from back in my United days again :) and was so glad to find her on facebook over the summer and see that she was expecting! And I felt so priveleged to have been able to do their first family photoshoot! I love photographing babies, and Brooklyn is such a beauty, I could've continued photographing her for hours! Misty, I am so happy for you and Tim, congratulations on such a beautiful new beginning with this little blessing! Brooklyn is a very lucky little girl to have you two as her parents! She is so loved! :)

Meet the Denson family! I had a lovely photoshoot with this adorable family last week! We had a couple obstacles initially.... like both boys being sick at first and needing to reschedule, but we pushed on and finished with some super cute photos in the end! :) Thanks for being down for anything guys! Meet the beautiful Martinez family! I had a wonderful time with this great bunch last week! First of all, I have to say that Punchy and Izabella are two of THE most adorable kids I have ever had the pleasure of capturing in photos! Isaiah and I go waaaaay back to our middle school days at Franklin, but hadn't really seen him since high school, so I was super stoked to get the chance to meet his lovely family! I'm so happy to see how wonderfully blessed he is! Thank you for letting me photograph you guys! Punchy is such a rock star! And 'Baby" is pure sweetness! :)

Had a great session with this adorable family! I first met Rosa Lee more than ten years ago when we both worked at United, and I was so glad to finally be able to meet her beautiful family. Her little girl and sweet boy are so adorable, and I had a blast photographing them! And I love when the mommy & daddy aren't afraid to show some affection! :) Thanks Michael and Rosa Lee for showing the love! Y'all are such a cute bunch!

I had a great shoot with Angela and Cody last week! I've known both of them for a few years and hadn't seen them in a while other than the occasional run ins at United :) I used to play soccer with Angela in high school, and I knew Cody from when I worked at United many, many years ago. Angela was finally able to convince Cody to take some photos, and he was a good sport too! Here are some of my favorite shots!

The last time I took their photos, little Daniella was only about 4 months old, so this time I was having a blast chasing after her and capturing her adorable personality! I had a wonderful Saturday morning with the beautiful Cowan family. I was so happy to finally meet Vanessa, Kaipo, and little Corbin. By the way, how cool a name is Kaipo?! Yeah, I mentioned that to him already... it's just an awesome name though! Well I had a blast with them, and Corbin was such a sweetheart! When Vanessa mentioned right away that he doesn't smile or doesn't even look at the camera, I thought "challenge accepted"! With that in mind, I feel I got some great shots of Corbin being Corbin as mom said :) Thanks for letting me photgraph your sweet family! Here are a few of my favorites!

There's something about carrying a life inside of you that is simply magical and beautiful. Stephanie is such a beautiful mommy to be, and I am so excited for her to meet her little guy very soon! I've got to say, that pregnancy looks good on her! :) She is just the cutest little pregnant woman! I could have taken photos of her for hours! I was so happy and felt so honored that she chose me to photograph her growing baby bump. We had a great, but simple shoot out in the fields, and the lighting was perfect! I have no doubt that little Joshua is going to be very loved and so lucky to have Stephanie and DJ as parents! Here's a few pics I LOVE!

I had an absolute BLAST hanging out with Leah, an old friend from high school, and her beautiful family! I hadn't had the chance to meet her sweet babies since she doesn't live in Abilene, so I was sooooo stoked when she said she was going to be in town and wanted photos! Isabelle and Carter are just amazing, and so adorable! It was such a treat to spend those couple hours with you guys, I loved every minute!

So these are pretty much two of the most adorable girls EVER! I played soccer in high school with their mom, Miranda, and they are spitting images of her! Meet the Baird family! I had so much fun with this adorable family last week! Colson just learned to walk the week before and he was definately getting used to it! Zoe is 9 months old, and sooooo stinkin' cute! Had a blast chasing her around as she crawled all over the place and photographing that sweet smile of hers! Me and Mandi had such a blast photographing AJ and his beautiful dog, Rhyker, and Dallas emcee artist, Yung Rick! We went to several locations and almost had several heatstrokes, but nonetheless, still ventured on! You guys rock! Thanks for being up for anything! AJ, we fell in love with Rhyker and I think both Mandi and I agree you will have to make a trip to Abilene every now and then with Rhyker so we can see him! Austin and Lauren were married on Sunday in a small ceremony held at her Aunt Barbara's home. The weather cooperated, the sun was shining, and the atmosphere was very romantic.
